Service Overview
Our services include grass cutting & strimming, shrub & hedge cutting, lawn treatments, cleaning, repair of fences, and garden structures, weeding, leaf clearance, garden clearance, treating fencing and garden structures, and pruning flowers and shrubs.

Booking
To book our services, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will schedule a convenient time for an assessment and provide a quotation based on your specific requirements.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, bank transfers and standing orders for regular contracts.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

We strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your needs. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Safety
For safety reasons, we request that children and pets remain indoors or in a safe area during our service visits. Our team will also adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on your property.

Liability
While we take utmost care during service delivery, we are not liable for any damage to property or injuries that may occur due to factors beyond our control, including damage caused by machinery hitting stones on or around grass areas. We recommend removing any valuable or delicate items from the work area before our arrival.
By availing of our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to serving you with excellence and professionalism.
The Small Print
1. Any changes or additions to the contract will be considered variations and require written instructions and potential additional payments.
2. The client must ensure site access and dry storage for materials during working hours.
3. We are not liable for damage or costs related to underground hazards, obstructions, or undisclosed services.
4. Clients must inform us of any special/statutory bylaws/conditions/permissions relevant to the project.
5. Severe weather conditions may cause delays but won’t affect the agreed price.
6. The removal of dog excrement or significant litter is the client’s responsibility.
7. Failure to pay after a reminder may result in the suspension of the next planned visit.
8. Missed visits due to non-payment may incur extra charges if subsequent visits require more time.
9. Clients must provide 1 month’s notice if they no longer require our services as they are scheduled for that month.
10. We do remove waste from the site, and the customer is responsible for providing either garden waste bins or a suitable compost/dumping area
11. All materials supplied remain our property until full payment has been received.
12. Customers in maintenance agreements must provide a 1 month notice to cancel, with a payment option available for early termination.
13. For hourly contracts, we work on man-hours, e.g., 1 person for 1 hour or part of equals one man-hour.
14. Per month means per calendar month an there will be some months with 3 visits, no extra charge is made.
15. Visits missed due to the annual Christmas/New Year break will be refunded, except where there 2 visits in the month.
16. All customers must read and agree to our terms and conditions when accepting quotations.
